Hummus Express is a true hidden gem in Bakersfield! 🌟 I indulged in the lamb kabob plate, which came with perfectly cooked rice, a refreshing herb-filled salad, and killer hummus - all for just $17. The lamb was tender and flavorful, absolutely spot on!

While the service took a bit longer than expected, the deliciousness made it all worthwhile. Don’t skip dessert; the baklava is divine!

It does get busy, so be prepared for a crowd, but it’s all part of the charm. Can’t wait to go back for more! 😋
