We Stopped by Mimas about 2 days ago early morning and I had what I feel like is the worse customer service experience with the lady on the food truck! I’ve been going here Which isn’t even that long a few months.
I ordered 4 corn beef fijita tacos all the way with everything on them, and I always always anlways ask for green and red sauce every time! It’s given to me and I’ve never paid ever!!! usually a very friendly older guy whenever I go here, but this particular morning he wasn’t there.
It was a woman and a younger guy.
Let’s just say I didn’t have the nice and kind customer service I usually receive.
1st I asked for the food to be put into 2 separate bags since it’s for different people.
They didn’t do that! When I did get my order it wasn’t the correct food! they gave me 2 chicken tacos and 2 fajita so I had to let them know about my order and now wait on the correct food.
Ok so now I have the right food and I asked for can I have the red sauce too because she had only gave me the green? Just goes to show she wasn’t listening from the start! “Yes it’s extra” the lady tells me 50 cent each while pointing to a sign on the window.
I say well I’ve never paid for any sauces before never the older guy usually gives it to me FOR FREE! So of course I was like oh I didn’t know I had to pay.
She was like well I can’t control if you don’t usually pay but it is 50 cent each.
So i said to the lady well you guys just messed up my order and your talking to me with an attitude while I’m patronizing with this business and this isn’t right.
Most importantly mine and my daughters tacos were completely wet when I opened them.
Corn is supposed to be crunchy not soft and wet.
I paid her the $1 for the sauce but it was right from the start! Didn’t apologize for the messed up order or anything! The food was not good this day! Meanwhile the way you’ve responded to my complaint just goes to show the attitude you have with me now is exactly how you were that day and to call a consumer a liar wow! And believe me I definitely won’t ask any of you’re customers anything because why would I.
Your business Just lost a loyal customer for no good reason.
Your attitude! You lady are not very friendly.
And yes you exactly said to me everything I stated I have no reason to lie .
I do reviews on business when I’m done wrong by the people who work there.
I also do reviews when I have great experiences too.
Now you have a very blessed day! Oh and also I’ve never had to ask for my corn tortillas to be cooked that’s weird! who would eat an uncooked corn taco lady it has to be cooked to a crispiness.

Me and my mom order food from here all the time and have no problems.
We placed an order over the phone on Tuesday this week and there was hair in the chicken quesadilla.
It appears the new employees do not wear hair nets.
Will not be ordering from here again.
