Milner’s American Southern Restaurant in Winston-Salem is a gem for anyone craving comfort food with a twist! 🍽️ I savored the shrimp & grits - simply divine and a must-try. The atmosphere is surprisingly intimate despite being busy, which made our dinner feel special.

The staff was friendly, but service could get a tad slow during peak hours. I was delighted by the NY cheesecake, which vanished in seconds!

Just keep an eye on drink prices; $6.25 for a beer felt steep. All in all, I'm excited to return for more delicious meals! 🌟
