Mikasa Sushi & Ramen offers a cozy spot in St. John's for quick bites or laid-back dinners. 🍣 I enjoyed the spicy Tonkotsu, boasting a flavorful broth and perfectly chewy noodles that hit the spot. The gyoza was definitely the highlight - crispy and packed with flavor!

While the fried rice with spicy tuna was a bit experimental for my taste, I'd recommend exploring their house hot Sake with the ramen. Overall, it’s a great casual choice if you're in the area, but I’m still on the fence about returning for ramen. What’s your go-to dish here? 😊
