Did a take out order and wow was it busy even at opening! Loved that they had gluten free options.
My sandwich got a little soggy, but I’m sure that’s just because it was a to-go order.
Hours are odd so not sure when I could come back, but I really enjoyed my food!

I will start by saying I worked in the restaurant industry for a long time, and understand just how busy things can get.
I went on my lunch break and saw the sign that said hot items take longer and everything is made to order, so I chose a BLT thinking it would be the fastest and easiest for all.
I waited almost 30 minutes of my hour lunch break, watching all 6 people who came in behind me get their food and leave.
I was then asked what my name was again and saw there was a bit of miscommunication in the back area.
Im not sure if my ticket got skipped on accident or what but they got on it right after.
Some of the people who got served first did have online orders, so I am sure that had something to do with it, but i know a couple of them placed an order after me still...
be wary of ordering ANYTHING on a lunch break, not just hot items.
BLT was just a BLT so pretty average, about half of the chips were soaked in pickle juice so a bit soggy.
Gave a third star because someone was wearing a pride flag hat and its june so happy pride :) edit: took a star back after seeing the sassy responses given by the restaurant to other lower reviews as well as my own.

Thank you for the review! Let me start by saying the sign that is posted in no less than three areas of the restaurant say "HOT, GRILLED, & TOASTED ITEMS WILL TAKE LONGER.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THESE ITEMS IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY".
We do in fact toast our BLT and that does make it take a little longer than your standard cold sandwich.
Our mantra from conception has always been first come first serve and we strive very hard to stick to that.
When you walk in and place an order your order goes right in line behind the person that ordered before you.
If it is HOT, TOASTED, OR GRILLED it will take longer than the person who ordered right after you that ordered a cold sandwich.
It's just the way our system works.
We try and get customers to order online because it sets a time at which we try to have it ready for pickup.
In this case, it would tell you to pick it up 20 minutes later.
What happens is the individuals that order online show up almost always 5-10minutes early which back logs our ordering system because they almost always come through our pickup window thus creating a longer wait for those who show up on time.
So THANK YOU for letting us know that the folks that are utilizing the online ordering system are doing it right! Our BLT is not much more than the acronym that it is.
It's Bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and avocado.
It's not meant to be super exciting but more sore fulfill a craving of having delicious bacon in your mouth.
And last but not least, your comment about the chips and pickle has been noted and filed with our management team as we have strived to try and figure out how else we can put a sliced pickle in a box with a handful of chips and not get pickle juice everywhere.
Hopefully on your next visit you add jalapeños to your next sandwich and get your pickle in a separate container ;-)
