Michael Anthony's Cucina Italiana is a true gem on Hilton Head Island! 🌟

For my birthday dinner, I indulged in the grilled veal chop and truffle ravioli, both dishes were pure perfection. The heirloom tomatoes in the Caprese salad sang with flavor, and I couldn't resist the chocolate molten cake for dessert - divine!

The ambiance is beautifully refined, making it great for special occasions. Our server, Eleanor, was attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. Don't miss the little market for gourmet takeaways too! Can't wait to return... 🍝🍷
