Reilley's Grill & Bar is a hidden gem in Hilton Head! 🌟 We decided to stop by after hearing great things, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the shrimp in vodka sauce, which was packed with flavor and the shrimp were perfectly shelled - so convenient! My partner loved the fish and chips, delightfully crispy without being greasy.

The outdoor seating was lovely, especially with live music enhancing the atmosphere. Our server, Damian, was attentive and made great recommendations. While the interior could use a refresh, the casual vibe and delicious food make up for it. We’ll definitely return for more of that fantastic sesame crusted salmon! 🍽️✨
