Mi Veracruz is a hidden gem on Spring Park Rd! 🌮 I had a delightful lunch, enjoying their shrimp fajitas for just $12.99 - so much food for the price! The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant, with a lovely mix of clients, mainly from the local Latino community.
The service was quick, but it’s true that the staff’s English can be a barrier at times. I also loved their cheese and guacamole dip, paired perfectly with tortilla chips (though I had to ask for a refill).
Don’t miss the flan for dessert - it's a must! I’ll be back to explore more of the menu! ✨
