I love this place but today April 16 at 8:40 a white lady employee with blonde hair served people with a terrible attitude.
Literally terrible attitude.
If you don't like it, resign and give your job to someone better.
The rest of the employees were extremely attentive and hardworking except her.

Went tonight to get my usual order.
Ordered online which usually takes 5 minutes to receive.
Tonight it took 15 minutes in the drive thru with no one answering.
I went in and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.
After someone coming up, it turns out they had given my food to someone else because they thought I wouldn’t show (I did, I was there for 30+ minutes).
Granted the store only had two other customers there…..don’t know why this happened with multiple employees there too

Soooo I'm not sure if I ordered a burger with mayo and ketchup or ketchup and mayo add burger...nobody was personable except for one lady in the back (Nicole).
When we first came in it was about 11:45a and they were scrubbing the floors with bleach.
Not a bad thing but it made me a little queasy and I couldn't understand why they would do that when it's lunch time.
Seems like something night shift should've done.
The Spanish lady was a little rude about it when I asked her if she was coming to where we were sitting but maybe she just has that type of personality.
Overall I'd come back...I'll just have to ask for light ketchup/mayo but I ordered on the app and they only give 'normal, no and extra' options.
No option for lite so it wasn't their fault.
