Mi Rancho Alegre is a gem tucked away in El Dorado Plaza! 🌮
They offer unbeatable breakfast tacos at an amazing price - 3 tacos for $3.79 during their morning special! I loved the potato and egg, which was surprisingly hearty. The beef fajita tacos were packed with juicy flavor, and their enchiladas with chile con carne transported me back to my school days in the best way possible!
The cozy vibe and friendly staff make it perfect for groups or solo dining. Definitely worth the trek across town for this spot! Can't wait to return for those homemade tortillas. ☕✨
