Oh my goodness let me start by saying once you walk in you know this place is going to be good.
The lunch specials are amazingly priced with very nice sized portions.
I'm usually sketch about trying new Chinese food, let me tell you the only thing cheap about this place was the actual price.
I don't know how they stay in business.
This is the best Chinese food in town hands down, I said it.

A number of Chinese restaurants are nearby to our apartment.
Today went to Chin San.
Outside is impressive.
Indoors ordinary with furnishings & decor.
Some minor sprucing of dining room would be helpful.
All employees were wearing face masks.
If sick, they should stay home.
A smiling face is more desirable .
Carryout food was great! Lunch special main entree, fried rice, soup & egg roll for $10.
My wife who no longer can eat solid foods ate & enjoyed both their Egg Drop & Hot & Sour soups.
Especially liked their Egg roll.
Plan to return to Chun San often.

Stopped for lunch great variety of lunch specials and portions we good sized food was fresh and hot when arrived and good, servers were helpful.
