Complete lack of common sense from cashier girl. Tried using their ordering machine since paying with card. Had issues due to language I could tell order is not correct. Cashier is empty she looks even bored not a person waiting at all. I ask her if I could order one sandwich from her, I know exactly what I need. She says only cash here. I explain my issues, it should be fast.No. Then another person starts using the ordering machine. I said see? Now I have to wait and you are free here and I can see you have a card reader next to you. Shrugs. Amazing common sense and customer service.
Mesopotamia offers diners authentic Middle Eastern cuisine in a warm ambiance, however the consistently long waits keep it at a 3-star rating. The menu features well-executed classics like kebabs, and shawarma.Combination platters allow you to sample several Mediterranean delights in one meal. The cozy decor and hospitable service from the staff enhance the dining experience. However, the major downside is the lengthy wait times, even on weeknights.Unless you come right at opening, expect to wait at least 30minutes for crepes. The wait often stretches over an hour, which can really dampen a night out.The food makes the wait worthwhile, especially for special occasions. But for casual weeknight dinners, the consistent crowding and waits make Mesopotamia more frustrating than enjoyable. With better handling of reservations and wait times, Mesopotamia would warrant 4 or 5 stars. For now, its popularity outpaces its ability to seat diners in a timely manner.
I tried it for the first time and I enjoyed it. It looks and it tastes good and place is nice for a food court.
