Mesón Txistu delivers a delightful Basque dining experience that feels genuinely authentic. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making you feel right at home.

The mixed salad was surprisingly fresh, bursting with quality ingredients. I particularly loved the langoustines and the rich flavors of the Txistorra sausage that left me wanting more. The portions are generous, perfect for sharing! 🍽️

Though I found the tocino de cielo a tad sweet, it didn’t overshadow the overall meal. Perfect for indulging in traditional flavors!
