Merendero Estela is a delightful gem for anyone craving authentic Honduran cuisine. 🌮 I recently visited with my mom, and we were thrilled with everything we ordered!

I had the Baleada de Asada, while she chose the Pollo con Tajada. Both dishes were vibrant and flavorful, with the curtido perfectly complementing the meal.

The agua de maracuya stole the show - it’s so refreshing and easily one of the best drinks I’ve had!

While the service was a bit slow, the cozy atmosphere made up for it. If you're in Portland and craving baleadas, this is the place to be! 🇭🇳✨
