Literally just left from getting my money back (which was the wrong amount by the way).I ordered 2 triple cheese burgers with extra cheese and ended up with 2 spicy McChicken with a hair ball in one and the other wasn't cooked (still frozen). The wrapper had the correct label for my burgers but as I said they were complete opposite.When I went to get my money back they started talking in Spanish and laughing.I gave my whole order back and only received $11 back.I won't be back and I hope this review saves someone the trouble.
As expensive as fast food is, take your money on down the road and buy something that's at LEAST DECENT!! This place is horrific, from the customer service to the food.I ordered a fish sandwich plus cheese on the app, and this is how it looked.
Awful location.Don't waste your time.The drinks are always disgusting, never taste right, the fries are extremely over salted, cold, overcooked in old oil, same with the nuggets, they always overload their burgers, that also have stale buns, are slopped together, cold, and old.The workers are all very rude including managers too.You will be waiting an hour in the drive thru everytime.
