A simple order.
I used the app.
The girl taking my order could not get it.
I immediately told her I had a mobile order and that the app was not working.
The app would not let me change to drive thru..
So whenever that has happened in the past.
No issues with anyone, except the girl who helped me today.
It took her literally several minutes to understand that I had a mobile order.
Then she told me that I have to go pick up the order at the counter.
Even after I explained that they can just pass the order to me because my app would not let me change it to drive thru.
She didn’t care and was very rude.
Her manager was very friendly and told me it was not a problem.
Taking a code and just to listen for five seconds would have changed this review to 5 stars.
Even when I asked for light on the big mac sauce she did not listen.

Like to frequent that restaurant on McHenry but today I had a bad experience there.
I was helped by a manager named Connie I believe her name was(orientallady).
She was extremely rude & impatient! I asked her a couple questions & she was irritated & snapping at me & not wanting to answer my questions.
I commented to her she needed to be a little more patient with her customers.
At the end of the day they are employed because customers come & give them they're money! Everyone there is very nice & give good customer service with the exception of this lady, "MANAGER!" She may want to ask the employee's under her to teach her a thing or two! She should be the one setting an example! She's employed due to loyal customers!

It was SOOO hot this day! My son and I ordered on app and it wasn't a bad wait considering how hot it was.
I got a vanilla cone and lunch.
The cone was so satisfying!
