I have never been to a worse mcdonalds in my life! Last two visits have been horrible.
First visit took 21 mins to get my food from drive thru! Second visit we went inside.
2 people eating, no one in line inside and 1 or two cars in drive thru.
11:20 am and it still took 10 mins for our food.
Trash everywhere, French fries and plastic bags on the floor by the French fries station.
Watched as the staff walked over the mess, some stood around and one I watched eat right there on the floor by the fry station twice!

If I could give 0 stars I would. For starters it wasn't busy when we got there .We waited over 20 minutes for our food, for it not be correct.
The few people who were also waiting the food was also not correct.
So making everyone wait 20+ minutes nobody order being correct that's just ridiculous in my opinion What's the point of a kiosk when the order is still wrong, they don't have drink machines or anything.
McDonald's is getting pretty f'ing ridiculous at this point seriously.
Going to contact someone higher up because it doesn't seem like the manager cares either from all the complaints and reviews I have seen.

Put in a mobile order for 2 simple sausage McGriddles, 2 hash browns, and 2 caramel frappes.
I get there I’m told the machine is down (of course it is) so I switch to iced coffee, get told it’s only take 2 minutes to make the coffee, I of course sat there for 15 and of course the order was wrong.
One of my sandwiches didn’t even have a sausage patty just bread.
I don’t understand how something so simple could get so jacked up but ig that’s what I get for choosing McDonald’s.
