The staff here gotta be dumb as all h e l l! I had to repeat my order 6 times, and they STILL GOT IT WRONG!!! I’m allergic to cheese so I requested it be off my fish sandwich.Opened my food and saw that it was on there.I said I needed it without, she said I never asked for it off, and then I showed her my receipt that said I requested it off.Asked for a replacement and the hö had the nerve to have an attitude with me! THAT’S EXACTLY WHY YOU WORK HERE TO BEGIN WITH!!! No ppl skills, and can’t even do something as simple as work a POS system.Stay in school kids.
Doordashed a spicy chicken combo meal and some cookies.The order is straight up on the outside of the bag and somehow all I received was two large fries, my Dr.Pepper and 10 sweet and sour sauces? Employees cannot read or do not bother remotely checking stuff before it’s sent out.Truly not difficult to make sure an order is right prior to handing it off.
hands-down, the worst experience I have had in my year of delivering for Uber eats.I waited for 40 minutes for them to make an order that consisted of large fries, six piece nuggets, and 10 piece nuggets.I realize they are severely understaffed, but in no way should there be that long a wait for nothing.
