McDonald's has become a corporate wall that doesn't care about its customers.First of all I'm going to blame corporate.When you go in their kiosk doesn't work if you're not on their app.You can't order from the main cash register.All I wanted was a cup of ice and I'm willing to pay for the cup. Of course the kiosk is not going to have a cup of ice.She's telling me I have to pay the whole price as though I'm getting a drink. I am just fed up with corporate greed and apathy for their customers.McDonald's can go down the tubes like Toys r Us for all I care. They have taken way too much of my money and now they are nowhere near worth what they charge.The AUDACITY.Can't wait till they fail.
There were two drive thru lines.I was in the outside one.The automated voice asked me if I was using the McDonald's app.I said no.Meanwhile the inside lines asked the same questions.The cashier took their other.Then another.Then another ...I waited. Then asked if anyone was there.They had waited on the customer before me.I waited around 25 minutes all told.Then I backed up and went into the inside drive thru line and was waited on.They didn't have Sprite.I don't drink soda with dyes in them.The guy who took my money didn't care about me waiting. He just shrugged his shoulders and gave me change.McDonald's food is universal, but service and empathy is lacking at this store.
This McDonalds was okay, but the service was slow when compared to other McDonalds (probably the slowest I have ever seen).When we ordered, you could not place your order at the counter.You had to place your order at the kiosk.I actually like this feature because you can scan your McDonald’s rewards and also check your order for accuracy before you pay.Once we paid, we waited about 10-15 minutes for our food.The lady who brought our food to us was not very friendly and did not have a welcoming attitude.There was a small crowd of people waiting for their food, and it became quiet crowded up front near the registers.The foot was not bad at all other than the fries were not filled up the whole way, so I need not get the full value of what I paid for.If you are looking for a quick bite to eat, you may want to avoid this location.If you have time to wait and are only eating here once in a blue moon, this location will suffice.If you haven’t done so yet, I recommend downloading the McDonald’s app.There are several offers on there that can save you money over time.
