Was asked at the beginning of the interaction if I had a Code and I said yes.Gave my order but was cut-off half way into giving the code.Drove tot the window and trying to give my code.The person at the window said "Im not using your code, its going to make everyone elses food cold" I explained to the individual that they failed to get it from my after I tried told them I had one so was then yelled at.I drove off.Never getting my business again .
I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews, I prefer to praise businesses for their successes.However, this last order from this particular McDonald's set me off and they need to know just how bad they are doing. The McDonald's at 11290 Holmes Road is the absolute worst in the Kansas City Metro area.The food is always subpar (cold and stale) and almost every order is incorrect.My last order was for a filet o fish meal and i ended up with 3 happy meals.How does that happen?? For 3 years it has been this bad.At what point does the owner take notice and fix this pathetic location? Not that it matters, but I will never eat at this location again until it changes ownership.I encourage others to do the same.If people stop coming, they will be forced to take some sort of action.
You order something they don’t do it right then get mad at you like u not a customer service here horrible and never been to a restaurant that takes 20 min to make a cheeseburger large fry and drink with the lobby and drive thru not being busy at all
