This location is ridiculous went threw drive-thru ordered 2 new Bacon Cajun Ranch McCrispy Chicken large combos both chicken sandwiches were burnt crisp fries was cold.
Went back into the lobby told them wanted new meals.
While waiting I felt like I was being stalked by the employees like I did something wrong.
Finally got our 2 new combos went out to leave and sure enough the chicken was burnt again and it was just plain chicken sandwiches not even what we ordered.
Went back in and just asked for a refund.
We will never go back to that location again .

This specific location is nice during the day, the staff is relatively quick with ordering and delivering, although I do recommend going inside.
In my experience the food takes less time, and why else would you get "fast food"? Staff is respectful, but on a couple occasions my order has been made incorrectly, or food has been left off, which creates the hassle of having to go back through for forgotten items, which usually, are ready and wrapped but never bagged.

Got a cheeseburger meal plain and the first time I received my order the burgers had everything on them.
I returned immediately to get it fixed and I received 2 regular plain hamburgers like how do you not put cheese on a cheeseburger when it says cheeseburger plain so just meat and cheese on a bun.
I was not returning a 3rd time to get it fixed again after waiting 2 different times.
