October 01, 2024I recently visited McDonald's on Mack Ave and had a mixed experience. The drive-thru staff were friendly, but unfortunately, my order was incorrect. I ordered the steak breakfast sandwich combo but ended up with just an egg and cheese. Plus, the machines for caramel frappes were down, which was disappointing.
While I've had decent meals here before, the inconsistency truly shows. I feel for the staff, but with so many issues, it makes a quick meal seem like a gamble. 🤔 Hopefully, things improve next time!
