I am sitting in the line now.This may be the longest wait I have ever endured for only 3 cheeseburgers.Going on 40 minutes.I could have left a long time ago, but at this point, I'm so vested in seeing how long this can actually take, I have to see it through.I've seen young children talking on phones.Possibly five cars have been serviced in nearly an hour, and many more have left already.This is chaos.From a business perspective, I don't even know why this place is open right now.It can't possibly be making an actual profit at this rate. -update- just got my food, and this is what I received.
This was the second time I used mobile ordering here at this store, First time was good at this store . Then I used it little bit ago, ordered at 455pm then walked in to McDonalds at 505 and was waiting at counter for someone to come up just so I can see if they have my order. But no one came to counter by 515 so I flagged a worker in back and asked about order they said we're working on it. They brought my food 20 minutes after I ordered at counter but no drinks.As I'm waiting for my two drinks I looked in back and they were just laying back there on back counter. Finally I asked about drink when the other customer that just got there had there order complete.They finally gave me my drinks. And got in car and sandwich didn't have the extra add one and paid for extra add one to sandwich. But wasn't on there. This McDonald's is so disorganized and cannot read. Update again...My spouse order online here before ball game brought food to game and the double fish filet sandwich was a single.This wasn't the first time this particular situation happened. If they do this to a couple of customers they will have a feast at end of night with the fish filets or either sell them since they already have the money for a double but only give customers single. Corporate really needs to check on this.
Drive-thru accuracy rate had dropped to about 50% of orders have mistakes of some kind or another.This store had improved to around 95% but is seems as though they have had a large turnover and haven't completely trained new employees. Sometimes I may pass 2 or 3 other McDs because we knew that they would get out order correct. I'm not sure it's worth it any more.
