The team members here provided a great fast food experience. It was about 8:30 pm.The place was not crowded. The restaurant area was very clean.The team members had on clean uniforms & performed their jobs in a very organized way. The food was awesome, and so was their customer service abilities.Thank you team members, I know you the job you have is very demanding at times.I appreciate your service.
Worst place ever paid $15 for two McGriddles with a large sweet tea and a large unsweet tea and they didn't tell me they didn't have does more people in the back talking and on their phones and there worst customer service can I go there two times a week I won't be going there I paid for sausage egg and cheese McGriddle I don't have no egg at all I think you need to hire robots robots are smarter than the workers there
Just left from up there around 2:45 and waited on the Reserved #2 drive -thru spot for 22 minutes. They forgot my order, and when I did get my order, it was wrong and most employees were either imtimidated or under stress but not everyone is out to get them.The lady at the drive thru took my receipt and said pull up to the reserved spot and I never got a receipt back My order was a Large Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal with a sprite and like I said after 22 minutes, only got a Quarter pounder with cheese Completely unacceptable from all around management because those are the ones who are hiring these kind of employees.
