Hop Shing has quickly become my go-to for delicious Chinese comfort food! 🍜 I recently enjoyed the General Tso's chicken, which was perfectly seasoned and paired with fresh veggies. The portions are generous, making it an excellent value for the price.

The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, ideal for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. While I found their teriyaki sauce a bit too vinegary for my taste, everything else was top-notch.

Plus, with quick service and a wheelchair-accessible space, it's great for everyone! I’ll definitely be returning for that amazing pork egg foo young! 😊
