Edit: They refunded me at the end of my work day, with a very gracious attitude.They had been overwhelmed by a school bus that had shown up unexpectedly at the same time as the lunch rush, understandable.Great staff, would do business again. Original: Ordered with 35 minutes of my lunch break left.Waited 30 minutes.Started to see people who had ordered after me get their food with similar waits.Had to leave for work without food, obviously also no time to ask for a refund because the workers were running around with helmet fires trying to serve everyone.
Food here is alwaysss messed up. Fries either don't have salt, burgers are missing ingredients or are dryer than tree bark, missing an item, etc.There is always something.Service can be slow.I'm used to sitting at the intercom a while before being acknowledged.Go somewhere else on base.
I hate that it is true, but this McDonald’s has had a major fall from grace pre-COVID to now.I don’t know what changed, but they used to be a beacon of fast food service and were amazing in how they conquered lunch rushes.Now, if you aren’t one of the first orders of the day, you’re looking at a 25+ minute wait on your food and a terrible customer-facing attitude.It makes me sad when I remember the good ol’ days not that long ago.
