This is one of my favorite pick up restaurants.
The entire staff consistently treats everyone like family! Even when the line is wrapped around the building, I don't mind waiting because I know they're doing their very best! The late night Manager (Black Woman) always treat the delivery drivers like we all matter! She helps her staff when needed making sure everything runs smoothly! Hat's off to my 103rd street staff for being "Best in Class" hands down!!! Thank you soooo much! 💕 We truly appreciate you all!

Got the BACON bufort melt that has ZERO bacon on it .
Mind you it's the entire reason I got the burger was for the bacon added to that there's no cheese sauce just onions and Swiss cheese.
No one will answer I could've paid 1.69 for a cheeseburger if that's what I wanted instead I got ripped off paying 7 dollars for a cheeseburger on sourdough that was suppose to be loaded Even the ticket indicates what's suppose to be on it amd somewhere somehow it was missed.
I come to checkers SPECIFICALLY for their bacon cheese burgers and this location multiple times never have I had this bad of service or an order bc I order TWO and neither had the bacon.
Called to correct the situation and no one will answer.
Highly disappointed and feeling scammed 😞.
This was my meal for the night and it's missing over half of the ingredients that make it a BACON buford melt.

Food was fresh and hot, that was not a problem.
customer service lacking but they were fast .
no greeting thank you or anything.
employees not wearing gloves or any hair netting.
so there handling money, then making your order and drinks.
unsanitary.
no receipt was given.
tried to get one but no one came back to the window.
had to ask for ketchup and napkins.
how do you not even give napkins.
the price of combo and shake was 13 , so overpriced for fast food.
the shake was ok but definitely not a real milkshake as you would get from an ice cream shop.
With so much restaurant competition places like this really need to focus on customer service skills .
yes I would return.
