This used to be a warm, friendly place to go.
They had an older lady who took care of the tables and cared for customer.
It is all gone.
The new format is cold, impersonal, and makes the customer feel like a number.
Service is slow and the food I was served was warm but dry from sitting in a warming tray.
Nothing was freshly cooked.
However, unlike most new Micky D remodels, this one left a drink machine in the lobby.
Other models do not have one and trying to get a refill from people who don't care about customer service is slow and disconcerting.
I mourn for the loss of personalization and friendliness.
If you use the app and use deals the meals can be cheaper.
Don't order by the numbers, the prices are absurd.

Look I get it that working at McDonald's is not the dream job and working at this one in Oak Leaf is extremely busy almost all day but please don't take that out on the folks just trying to order in the drive thru! Without going into detail I'll just say they really need more servers or maybe rotate out what you do have every half hour or something because I'm sure that young woman can't always be that rude🤷

One of the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to.
I've been to plenty of mcdonalds around the area different states and never had this bad of an experience I waited upfront and had plenty of employees walk around me while I stood at the counter.
While I was there I had to talk to the guy at the counter while he was trying to completely ignore me.
I told him that I bought a large ice coffee and got a medium.
He told me that the drink i got was a large.
I have gotten lots of large iced coffes, so i know what size the large is.
Besides there is a box on the side of the cup that says the size, and it said it was a medium cup.
Even after asking again he still said that it was a large.
I will not be going back to this location horrible customer service and lazy workers
