September 02, 2024I recently stopped by McDonald's on 38th St for a classic cheeseburger and had a mixed experience. While my wait was longer than expected - around 20 minutes - I really appreciated the staff's positive attitude and how they remade my burger. 🍔
The location is clean and inviting, and despite the wait, Manager Venecia was fantastic, showing great customer care. The double cheeseburger was satisfying and the fries were hot!
Though they seemed a bit understaffed, I remain hopeful for quicker service next time. Still love this spot - definitely a convenient stop for fast food lovers! 😊
