Rugsan Cuisine is a delightful find in Fargo! 🌟

As someone new to East African food, I was thrilled with my fresh chicken and rice dish - it was bursting with flavor. The cozy, casual vibe made it perfect for a relaxed lunch.

While my friends sampled the Sports Plate, the goat was a bit chewy for them, but the other meats shone. Portions are generous and prices reasonable, which is a huge plus! If you have some time to spare, I highly recommend trying this family-run gem. Can't wait to return! 🍽️
