Ghetto as it can be at night.
I asked the manager who was bagging order tonight for fresh fries and assured me they would be.
But everything is cold, the fries are soggy and cold.
Had a problem with my card and the staff team laughed and joked like I was poor and didn't have money but yet working at McDonald's 😂.
I wish I could get the 1 person name that was in the back taking orders at drive thru he was very helpful and helped me with my situation.
The front lobby and second window is very childish.
Even the manager, just can't believe she assured me fresh fries and ignored my request with a straight face.
Worst experience ever

When I order something, I want what I ordered not what the employees feel like giving me.
I ordered apple pies and they put cherry pie in my bag then my wife went in and they told her it was going to be 12 minutes.
Please do not decide my meals for me.
Ask me if that's what I want! These aren't same things and If you aren't able to tell the difference then you need to 1.
Get some glasses so you can see better or 2.
Take some literally courses so you can read better...even better 3.
Learn your colors because even the boxes are different colors. This isn't the first time this has happened and it's annoying.
This isn't the most difficult thing in the world to do.

Took almost 30 minutes to get 6 items.
I understand it was lunch time, but people who got there after me received their order before we did.
The girl behind the counter seemed bothered that I came up to the counter to see what was going on with my order.
On top of all of this, one of my items were missing.
Definitely will not return to this location
