I’ve been a loyal McDonald's customer for years, and while the food usually hits the spot, my last visit was a bit unsettling.

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich meal that typically satisfies my late-night cravings. Unfortunately, one of the chicken nuggets had a bite taken out of it, which definitely left me feeling confused and grossed out.

The lack of cleanliness has been apparent recently, with some ordering machines out of service and the dining area needing attention. The food quality is still better than other locations, but management definitely needs to step it up! Hopefully, they can address these issues soon... 🍔🤞
