I came to buy the new collectible cups.I expressly asked before ordering if I would get 6 different cups if I bought 6 different meals and was told yes.After buying 6 meals, I opened my first 2 cups and they were the same, so i brought them back, 4 of them remaining unopened.I explained that I would not have bought 6 meals if I wasn't misled by the employee and I was told nothing could be done because it was already purchased.No refund, no store credit, barely even an "I'm sorry." No accountability for what is 100% their mistake.
Ordered on mobile app to bring to my car, and they never brought it out.They all just stood around looking lost.When I went to ask them a girl at the cashier gave me a nasty attitude.
Lazy. If you're in a bad mood this will make you in a badder mood.Even the manager doesn't want to be there.
