September 09, 2024I recently visited the McDonald's on Fulton St, but unfortunately, it's temporarily closed. 😔
I can't help but share my thoughts on the service I experienced before it shut down. While the location was always bustling with customers, the order handling left something to be desired. I once waited over 30 minutes for two Spicy McChickens during peak hours!
On a positive note, the cashiers were friendly and did their best, even amid the chaos. However, I did witness some dissatisfaction among customers, especially during busy times.
When it reopens, I hope they improve their ordering system to match the high demand. 🍔
