McDonald's

This place is disgusting.
The staff is always extremely rude or clearly do not want to work there.
Extremely toxic environment for a staff.
Terrible management and mangers/supervisors.
How could they let this come out of the window.
My children's nuggets were inedible the fries smelled like smoke.
The place clearly had some issues.
Nothing besides this review would change anything, anyway.
It's been like this for years. UPDATE 3/13/24 Ordered 2 cheeseburgers no pickles add mayo... Lol got extra pickles only mayo? Seriously it's my fault for coming back UPDATE 3/28/24 THIS PLACE IS ATROCIOUS.
I ordered a 2b no pickles and literally got 2 patties nothing else I hate this place with so much energy.
How can you run a place so terrible.

It was kind of impressive just how wrong they got my order.
Considering I ordered a pretty straightforward meal from the kiosk and ate there, the burger was missing almost every condiment and the sprite was missing the sprite part of it.
Not like the machine was running low on syrup, like someone poured me seltzer.
Considering how much more expensive it is to eat the same meal here as any other McDonald's on the island, you should expect better.

Has to be the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's.
They fought to get paid extra to provide poor service still.
Smh.
I ordered three large Big Mac meals.
All three fries were extremely skimped.
I should have never paid extra to make them large meals.
Two of the Big Mac's had both patties and toppings between the bottom buns and nothing between the top buns.
The third Big Mac was made properly but that's only because they forgot it and I had to make them aware of it so they can make me one.
The employee was about to send me on my way without giving me drink cups.
When I went to fill my cups I saw there were no cup trays.
I went back to the front counter and everyone was helping someone except for who I believe was the manager who just came around the counter.
I asked her for a cup tray and she pointed in the direction of where they were as if she was telling me to come around the counter to get it myself.
She then in Spanish called over the girl who was running the drive thru to come over and ask me what I needed which I then asked again for a cup tray which she literally just turned around and grabbed one for me.
Why the manager couldn't do that is beyond me but I guess if she isn't helping her employees it makes sense why they are providing poor service.
