At 289 9th St in Brooklyn, the newly renovated McDonald's presents a modern twist on classic fast food. Known for its quick breakfast bites, coffee, and late-night grub, this location embraces tech with touchscreen ordering—though not everyone is a fan. On-site services like delivery, drive-through, and dine-in cater to busy lifestyles, while a welcoming environment offers wheelchair access. Though the staff, like Xavier, shine with great service, occasional order mix-ups and waits can leave diners wanting more. Overall, it’s a mixed experience at this fast-food staple.

September 05, 2024I recently visited the renovated McDonald's on 9th Street in Brooklyn, and it was quite the experience! The modernized layout means no more cashiers - only touchscreens, which made ordering a bit confusing. 😅
However, I did appreciate the dedication of Xavier, who was hustling to serve customers effectively.
I ordered a classic Big Mac, and while the taste was nostalgically satisfying, my order got mixed up - two fish pieces instead of beef! 🐟
Overall, while the ambiance has changed, the food hasn't - just ensure you double-check your order before leaving. 🍔
