McDonald's

Did pickup at around 10:30 PM on Thursday.
There was close to 10 staff members who were all on their phones.
When asked where our pickup was, a lady just went to pick up a random bag without checking if it was my order or not.
IT WAS NOT!!! So I had to take the time out of my day to go pick up my correct order and guess what, they were too busy on their phone that they never even made my order and tried to gaslight me into thinking I ordered drive through.
Well I didn't and that does not get rid of the fact that you guys seem to think going on your phones at work that you are being paid for is more important that making the food that people paid for.
The fact that they lied straight in my face and said it was my fault "You did drive through" when my app clearly said I did counter pick up if beyond me.
Maybe own up to your mistakes and stop trying to shift the blame onto the customer. 1.
Everyone was to busy on their phones to get my order right 2.
Gave me some random bag without even checking if the order was mine 3.
Tried to gaslight me into thinking I made the order drive through instead of pick up which I have proof on my app that I did pick up

What the heck happened to this place? I ordered on the app, when at the window all I did was add a frozen Coke.
I get to the window they told me they're out of Coke, pick another option.
I just asked for refund because I don't like the other flavors.
They told me to pull up and wait.
10 minutes later I pull away from the drive-thru park my car and go in to find out what's happening.
Then I was told we're getting my Coke.
They give me my Coke.
No order though.
I go to the manager again & asked can I please get my order.
He walked away I thought he was getting my order- nope.
I had to address him again if I can plz get my order, he couldn't find it.
Finally he told me just tell me what I ordered.
I told him.
He gave me the bag never said sorry nothing and turned away.
Got home , order was wrong.
Paid too much and wasted too much time .
Totally different experience in that place then I ever had in all the years it has been there.
Sad.

Ordered food through the drive throughout I ordered a number 7 large med fries and a double cheese no onion. Got home to find out there was no double cheese in my bag. How annoying and incompetent. 😔😔 Once again went to McDonald's Asked a simple request to minus onions on my quarter pounder got home and The ticket says minus pickle. I asked for minus onion Told them at least 4x to minus onion . How many times can they screw up. Annoyed
