First, the girl taking the drive thru orders could not take an order. She needed me to repeat myself several times and continuously made errors when repeating it back to me. Then it took 25minutes for the food to come out. When the bag was opened, it was noted that we had been given a large fry and a small fry. We had ordered 2 large combos. When I tried to correct the error, a surly, rude blue haired woman told me I'd have to pay the difference. I showed her my receipt, which clearly showed I bought 2 large combos. She refused to correct the order unless I paid more money. I've had issues with this McDonald's in the past. Infrequently, I try to give them another chance. But this time was beyond bad service - it was blatant refusal to fix THEIR error and basic theft by taking money without giving me what I paid for.
Manager claimed that I didn’t pay when I did and had receipt and called me racist when I don’t even know what she looks like. I bought my food on the app and when I got to the Mc Donald’s the app wouldn’t let me enter a parking space.On 8/20/24, at 9am the manager told me that it wouldn’t let me enter the space number because I didn’t pay, I insisted that I did pay but she was refusing to bring my food and said she didn’t have an order for me, she was telling me to go inside which I wasn’t going to do since I ordered curbside, SHE WAS ARGUING WITH ME CLAIMING I DIDN’T PAY.When I was able to pull up my order number, they were going to bring my food and I told her that she was rude to claim I didn’t pay and refusing the food I paid for and she said she didn’t say that I didn’t pay, a blatant lie.You can’t say whatever you want to ppl and then pretend you didn’t say it a minute later.I called back, said I want to talk to the owner, she said she couldn’t let me talk to the owner but that she could give me corporate’s number, she said what’s wrong I could help you, I said no you already messed up and to give me corporate’s number.She wouldn’t give me the number that she offered to give and said “don’t be racist.” I have no clue what she looks like, I can’t tell by her voice and I said nothing derogatory what so ever, I told her that I was offended that she said I didn’t pay when I DID and offended that she wouldn’t bring out my food, it had nothing to do with race or ethnicity and calling me racist for no reason is not how a manager should behave.IF YOU’RE THE OWNER READING THIS, I’m going to assume you’re unprofessional and that you don’t take your business serious for hiring someone who has no accountability and treats customers like trash as a manager.YOU, THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT, YOU HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A MANNER THAT IS OFFENSIVE AND HURTFUL.I’ll make a formal complaint to corporate because I don’t deserve to be treated so poorly as a paying customer and I did not deserve to be called a racist, never in my life.I felt like I was talking to a child.
If you do an order pickup, I sincerely encourage you to go to pickup inside.Placed an order online and picked up via drive thru.It's always packed in the drive thru, and I'm inconclusive whether it's the restaurant or the people ordering a lot of food each car.I waited over 15 minutes for my small order.
