I was really impressed and pleasant with the service.
Blanca was the waitress who was super friendly, Nice, Courteous, Very professional and offered the best service. She came several times to make sure if I needed anything else. Manager was also very pleasant and professional. Both were always with a smile. Kudos to them, keep up the great job.

Went for breakfast today and it was soooo good.
Our waitress Erica (sweetest and prettiest young lady) recommended steak tips and eggs.
if you go ask for her as your waitress and get the steak and eggs!!! Definitely our new favorite IHOP :)

Chicken and Waffles should be taken off menu...makes 3rd time I have asked for chicken and Waffles.
Chicken tender are hard and totality dried out.
waitress...had abad attitude and made watered down lemon oreo milk shake.
Isent the dish back turn my stomach off I will never go back to 47th st.palmdale Ca.
