McDonald's

I where do I start McDonald's it's such a sad place to go to nowadays when you got to spend $9 for a Happy meal and you can't even have a live person take your order you have to use some kiosk to order I wouldn't have gone in there if they didn't have that deal for 6 bucks where you get a double burger with cheese 4 piece nuggets fries and a drink for three of them I spent over $21 that's a joke but I understand it in in this economy that we're in currently but $9 for a Happy meal no way this McDonald's needed some help it wasn't the cleanest it could be but hey it's McDonald's I don't expect to eat off the floor their self-serve soda machine had no ice in it so I felt like I had to bother the employees behind the non-registered to ask them for ice they were prompt the guy to give me ice in a timely manner but you should have had ice in that self-serve machine.
When I entered the building there was a homeless gentleman standing at the front door like he was a doorman but he wasn't opening the door he was just standing there when I walked out the building there was another homeless person digging through the trash can right out the front door I don't know what else to say but I won't be going back to McDonald's again for a long time because it's been a long time since I've been there and it's going to be even a longer time since I go back there

This McDonald's needed cleaning.
The floor was in need of sweeping and MOPPING.
SAD!!!!! Waiting for our order to go, we had time to LOOK AROUND.
The manager seemed to be busy putting up signs outdoors.
Take a little time to clean up! BUT other than the cleaning, the SERVICE and FOOD are always GOOD! THANK YOU!

Leaving the McDonald’s drive-through about 15 minutes ago they told me to pull over and wait on the order about 8 to 10 minutes.
Go by the lady brings out a bag and the happy meal but the bag that contains the 10 piece chicken nugget meal and the five dollar cheeseburger meal was lacking the fries And I was not feeling very well so I didn’t check the bag because I was just ready to get out of there and go home so we get home and my kids.
My son is expecting his chicken nugget meal but there’s no fries so I called and the managers like oh you can bring it back in and I’m like well.
I’m already home.
This is a lot and I have to bring my five year old back out in this hundred degree heat , just make sure the people who worked there can really read and comprehend the orders and take their time with each order just because you’re behind or it’s crowded.
Don’t rush.
This was a huge inconvenience!
