Taking into account that this is McDonald's...
I don't expect anything amazing.
I expect the basics though.
You don't even get the basics here.
Not sure how they have a passing health score when the soda fountains always smell like a dirty mop drain.
The employees have mastered the art of avoiding eye contact, the self service kiosks are either off or not working.
My last visit I ordered with the app and selected to pick up my order at the to go counter.
I waited ten minutes with no sign of my order to be told she called my name three times and she produced a balled up order ticket.
I guess if you aren't there they just throw your food back?

HORRIBLE.
No customer service; not bad customer service, rather, it simply does not exist at this location.
I was there for over 10 minutes waiting on a delivery order and not a single employee (of which there were many) greeted or even spoke to me.
In the same time frame 3 people came in from the drive through with incorrect, missing or cold food items.
The lady who appeared to be a manager was yelling and barking at everyone in the kitchen, complaining and even threw items around for some reason.
I cancelled my delivery and will probably avoid this and most other McDonald’s because they have opted for automation over a pleasant environment.

I know it's not a white tablecloth restaurant, however the wait for the food would indicate otherwise.
I'm glad McDonald's has taken the steps of allowing the order kiosks to simplify and clarify your order.
The next step in the fast food evolution should be hiring workers who can interpret and read the written English language.
Also if you're offering to bring the food out, that's great but does it need to come with attitude when I mention that we didn't get the cups followed by telling me to go get them. Some other highlights of the visit were the employees kids running through the lobby climbing on tables and starting screaming contests with other kids.
I think the best one overall though was the lack of the sign on the door that slip resistant shoes were needed for the lobby floor.
I know they need them in the kitchen but it felt like they mopped the floor with the cooking grease.
The finishing touch was then applied by whoever decided to urinate on the freshly oiled floor for the ambiance smell.
