I came in to order a 2B.When I came in to the register several employees walk right by me as I was standing and didn't even ask if I needed help.Since the place wasn't even busy, I decided to order at the kiosk.Eventually someone came to take my cash payment since it didn't take cash. The fries were cold and old while the burger wasn't any better.It had definitely been sitting for awhile.At least could have been microwaved to give the illusion it was fresh and hot.
Very rarely do I give five stars across the board but definitely a team act.Very courteous and polite.Much needed in Montgomery.Food was on point, cleanliness on point.Staff, timing all on point! Thanks for a nice breakfast this morning.Very impressed!
This location has a horrible atmosphere and the service was poor.SERVERS were getting an attitude with customers in the drive thru.Gave a customer the wrong order TWICE. Just because the evening is busy, does not give everyone behind the counter a reason to get rude toward customers.Learn to adapt to situations while keeping a good attitude with the customers.Learn to keep your head on straight during a busy hour. Recommend shutting down.
