I have ate at this and other McCalister's in Tennessee and they all do a great job.
I like the 6 inch Memphian with Potato Salad.
The meal is filling and affordable considering how much meat that put in the sandwich.
The staff at Signal Mountain are always nice and helpful.

I'm sorry but I could have flown to Italy, and got a sandwich before my food was ready.
The service is slow, the employees are meh happy at best. The cooks didn't even get the simple order right.
