McAlister's Deli is my go-to spot for a quick, satisfying meal! 🌟

I recently visited and couldn’t resist the inviting atmosphere. I ordered the *Memphis Sweet Tea* alongside the *Turkey Melt* - delicious! The sandwich was perfectly grilled with melted cheese that oozed goodness.

The outdoor seating was a bonus, and the staff was friendly, making the experience even better. Perfect for a cozy lunch with friends or a solo dining break!

Plus, I appreciated the accessibility features. I’ll definitely be back for more! 😊🥪

Food tasted good.
Did not get the order correct.
Have missed items multiple times, like chips, cheese for potatoe, soup.
Sandwich was made incorrectly.
They Need to slow down and make sure the order is correct, before bagging it up to be picked up.

Flat bread pizza cold and cooked on microwave.
I couldn't chew it how hard was. Avocado sandwich come with a side and she pointed out the side so I picked soup. As I was waiting for my food I looked at the receipt and they was a charge $3.49, so I did asked the girl and her respond was ohhhh you picked a soup that was not part of the side.
So, I said you pointed out to me the side and I picked the soup and you never said that is a change extra for that soup (cold potato soup).
I told her she should tell her guess for extra charge if that actually is not part of the side.

You will not be blown away by their food or service, but it is a welcomed addition to the food offerings in Portage.
So we have been here twice now, once when it first opened and a week ago.
The food is good, but there seems to be some training or staffing issues.
We were missing items, they were out of items, sweet tea not sweet (yes I checked t I make sure I got the right tea), and we were served soup in to go containers.
We love the place more than Panera, we just wish it was more like others we have been to.
