Such a great restaurant! So many delicious flavors, from the cocktails, to the appetizers, to the entrees, to the desserts.The Panzanella and Fried Short Rib are fantastic, as are the Tagliatelle and the Halibut.The menu changes fairly often but always offers such fantastic flavors.Service is always fantastic.Highly recommended
We have been here three times recently and absolutely loved it! The food was amazing—fresh and local and on point.Cocktails also might be the best in burlington … We are pescatarian and plenty of options and the fish had a perfect sear and golden crust! Pasta was fresh and delicious. I couldn’t remember all the dishes but the menu changes often. Bring back the mushroom toast! Hands down most delicious thing I’ve eaten this year!
Great new spot. Our second visit. Relaxed vibe belies the excellent experience. Service was superb. Menu changes constantly to use the freshest ingredients. The kitchen turned out one exceptional plate after another. We had them deliver all the appetizers and small plates on the menu and skipped the mains. It was perfect for four people. The pacing was exactly right. Server changed out our sharing plates and silverware regularly to keep everything fresh. Will be back many times to our new favorite in Burlington!
