Mattie's Catfish Kitchen & More is a hidden gem in Houston! 🍽️ The laid-back atmosphere with picnic tables under the porch makes it a perfect spot for a casual meal.

I tried the fried catfish and was pleased with the crispy texture and flavorful breading. The hushpuppies? Absolutely amazing - some of the best I’ve ever had! Although the food took a bit longer to arrive, it was well worth the wait.

I’m already looking forward to trying the boudin eggrolls next time... Can’t wait to return!
