Matador in West Seattle is a cozy gem for anyone craving Mexican cuisine! 🌮

Their Happy Hour is unbeatable - 5 tacos for just $10! I tried the Beyond Meat tacos, and they were packed with flavor. The carne asada fajitas were a massive hit too, juicy and well-seasoned.

The passion fruit margarita? Pure bliss! 🍹

While the ambiance is beautifully casual, it can get a bit dark. Just a heads up, some staff seemed less enthusiastic, but the prompt service made up for it. I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu...!
