Just Poke in West Seattle is a delightful find! 🥢 On my recent visit, I had the salmon and scallop, both incredibly fresh. The friendly staff helped me navigate the menu, and I loved the generous toppings - many of which are complimentary. The rice was a tad plain compared to Fob Poke, but a splash of extra sauce solved that!

The atmosphere is casual and trendy, making it a great spot for a quick lunch post-shopping. I also grabbed a spam musubi to go - it was delicious! I’ll definitely be returning for more... 🌊✨
