Massawa offers a cozy retreat for Ethiopian cuisine lovers! We enjoyed the spicy beef and chickpea with fluffy injera that perfectly balanced the flavors. The rum raisin cake was delightfully strong - definitely a post-lunch treat! The ambiance is lovely, with floral decor making it great for a date or a casual gathering. Just a heads up, service can be a bit slow. Well worth it when you get your food! 🍽️

Massawa is a hidden gem for Ethiopian cuisine! 🌟 Our group of four enjoyed the lunch special, diving into spicy beef, spicy lamb, and an assortment of flavorful sides like collard greens and chickpeas. The fluffy, fermented injera showcased the delicious spices perfectly.
The ginger coffee was unique and delightful, though the rum raisin cake packs quite the punch - definitely not for afternoon work! The cozy, floral ambiance sets the stage for a romantic dinner date. Although service was a tad slow, the affordable prices and generous portions make it worth the visit! Will be back! 🍽️
