Mario’s was great.
It has a great atmosphere, people and food. We got a couple of glazed donuts, white longjohn that they put crème in for us.
We also got a bacon, egg, and cheese on Texas toast, a bacon, egg, and cheese on a biscuit along with an order of biscuits and gravy. We are really hoping to hit it again on the way back home.
I would recommend this play to anybody.

I ate two biscuits already and HAD to stop to take a picture and share my thoughts before I devoured the rest.
If you ever pass Mario’s donuts in the morning, I highly highly recommend stopping in.
Their menu is SO vast, there is truly something for everyone.
The food is always fresh, made with love, and absolutely DELISH.
ALSO, you’d be supporting a smaller business! Definitely my #1 favorite breakfast stop before work in St Charles! Had their biscuits and gravy and it is 11/10.

I had some business in the area and was killing time and just ran across Mario's.
What a great find! Everything that a neighborhood donut shop should be, fresh donuts, still fresh at around noon, great coffee, and an unbelievable $5 breakfast sammie.
Mario was serving lunch when I got there but I really had a hankering for some donuts and hot java, and they more than met the bill.
Great place owned by a real regular person, and I know I will be back
